TERMS OF SERVICE

Payment and Refund

- Full payment always comes first. Then I can start working on the commission.
- Payment only in USD by Paypal invoice (for that I will need your e-mail).
- A full refund can only be requested before I start working on the project.
- If a refund is requested after the commission started, the refund value will be calculated proportional on the work already done.
- If the commission is finished, no refunds are allowed.
- If I need to cancel a commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Commission Ordering
- You can order a commission through DM of my social networks.
- I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason.
- If I think the complexity of the commission is will be too high, the price will be increased (too many details, complex shapes etc).

After payment the commission will have the following workflow:
1. First I make a rough sketch, so you can request edits and changes.
2. After the sketch is approved, I will do the Line-Art and Coloring (in this process you can request WIPs from me when you need it)
3. Once approved, I will finish the project.

Commission Rights
- I retain the rights to the illustrations to publish in my galleries and social networks for self-promotion.
- You, as the commissioner, have the rights to use your commissioned piece in your galleries, social media, prints etc, as long as it is for personal use only.

Client obligations
- You need to send me visual references of your character.
- In the case of comic pages, send me a script that describes each panel (recommendation: maximum 5 panels per page)
- You must understand and agree to all the terms described in this page.
- The commissions are for personal use only.
